....and the summer begins.

Every summer I always enjoy the opportunity to laze around the house and actually rest. However, before the summer actually starts, I assume I'll have a week just doing nothing. Boy, am I ever wrong. By the second day out of school, I usually have friends calling me up and asking me if we could get together.

Today I was at the Italian festival with my friend who just moved into that area. This was the same friend who lived down the street from the fire on Lansdowne. It was fun, and we sure ate a lot! However, I didn't put sunscreen on a patch on my neck so I got a bad red sunburn. It's like having a horrible red tan line. Here's a picture: at the top.
